FICCI’s ‘Media and Entertainment Business Conclave’ is to be held in Chennai on November 18 and 19 under the Chairmanship of actor Kamal Hassan.

Many VVIPs including super star Rajinikanth will be partipates in this event.

The actor announced this in a formal press meet at Park Sheraton Hotel on November 10th.

FICCI’s ‘Media and Entertainment Business Conclave’ is going to give a big boost to the southern film industry and Kamal is the moving spirit behind it.

The conclave will bring together over 500 media and entertainment people together along with officials of the Tamil Nadu government and the Central Government to deliberate and discuss the entire gamut of the entertainment industry.

The two day conclave will cover media and entertainment like Films, Broadcast mediums like Television and Radio, Digital Entertainment, Animation, Gaming, Visual Effects, Print media and all other new technologies in the entertainment sphere. It will be inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi on Nov 18.

Says Kamal Hassan: “It is really a great honour to be guiding FICCI’s first ever initiative dedicated to the southern entertainment industry. Our endeavour would be to identify and seek redressal of the issues facing the industry across the states.
